VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL IS THIS WEEK!  JUNE 20 -24 FROM 6:30 - 8:45 PM EACH NIGHT.  COMMENCEMENT AT 7:00 PM ON FRIDAY, JUNE 25TH.

Saturday, June 26^th at 8:00 AM - Men Who ROLL prayer breakfast at Granny Bees Restaurant...come out for a great time of fellowship and good food! 

Sunday, June 27^th - Special Benefit Hymn Sing at the church at 3:00 PM - local talent will be performing.  Come out for a blessing!

Tuesday, June 29^th- 7:00 PM - Pastor Rusty Small from Liberty Baptist Church will be speaking.

July 10^th - BIKE RALLY to benefit Operation Christmas Child.  Registration begins at 9:00 AM...Ride starts at 10:00 AM.  Lunch will be provided at the church after the ride.

We have a new ministry at Glory...NEW DAY MINISTRIES.  Donate unwanted items such as appliances, wood, siding, piping or any kinds of building supplies so Glory can reach out to those in need in our community.  For more information or to volunteer your time contact Bryan Crews at newdayministries@live.com

FIRST PLACE 4 HEALTH for a 12-week period.  This is a Bible based weight loss program.  The fee is $15.00 and is payable to Cindy O'Brien or Crystal Moore.  We will be using the Bible study, "Fruits of the Spirit".

Glory would like to send cards to those who are sick, shut-in, or a death in the family.  If you know of someone that needs to know someone is thinking of them, contact Carol Shortridge at (434) 248-5366.

We are in need for regular and back-up teachers for Children's Church, all age groups, Nursery Workers and Childrens Music.  See Kelly Clark, Amy Almond or Margaret Wright if you are willing to help.


Have old ink and toner cartridges?  The Youth can also benefit by you turning in those old cartridges!  There is a box at the church, so instead of throwing them in the trash...turn the trash into dollars for our youth!

Shop online?  Go to www.cvn.org to sign up (it's free)-Christian Values Network.  They will donate to our youth department if you go to them first before shopping on line.  It's that simple and doesn't cost you a dime!
