Glory Baptist Church is located at 195 Park Lane off of business Route 460 West in Appomattox, VA next to the Appomattox Community Center.

 

Our main goal is to reach lost souls and teach the Word of God.  Glory has many activities for all ages.

We also have a radio ministry on WAMV-1420 AM you can listen to at 9:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

We also have recordings of our services, which you can purchase. A VHS tape is $7.00 or a DVD is $10.00 of any service. You can call the church office to order one.  Remember to include the date of service you would like to purchase.

Childrens Church during the worship service for three different age groups:
Rascals (3-5 years) 10:30 - 12 (this Childrens Church starts earlier than the other two.

Bugs Group - K-2 grade
Frogs Group - 3-6 grade

Glory Youth Choirs - 2 Groups (Preschool thru 2nd grade) and Frogs Group (Grade 3 - 6).  The choirs meets opposite week of our Drama and Puppet ministry).

Drama Class - Ages 10 and up (meets every other week)

Puppet Ministry - Grades 3 thru 6 (meets every other week-same week as Drama Class)

Game Time - Grades K thru 2 (meets same week as Puppet ministry)

AWANA PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES! (meets every Tuesday at 6:45)

Glory Women Who ROCK (Rely On Christ's Kindness)-meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:15 PM

Glory Men That ROLL (Rely On The Lords Love)-meets every 4th Saturday morning
